Trust Centre · Evidence before reassurance

Trust is a control surface. Not a badge wall

This page states what TechBridge will and will not claim. Independence, diagnostic boundaries, evidence levels, AI governance and vendor disclosure are made inspectable before a firm shares anything sensitive.

If a claim cannot be evidenced safely, it does not become stronger by being printed in green.

Status-led assurance

The evidence register buyers can read before the first call

Each row separates the claim, current status, supporting evidence and public boundary. This is deliberate. Assurance theatre is cheap. Boundaries are useful.

Register summary Public assurance posture
  • 0 products Software sold No SaaS, no resell margin.
  • 0 engagements Implementation revenue Advisory is unbundled from delivery.
  • 6 rows Disclosed boundaries Every register row names a limit.
  • 1 pathway Cyber Essentials Readiness posture, not a certification claim.
T-01 Declared

Commercial independence

TechBridge does not sell software or implementation work. Procurement Engine engagements carry no vendor commission.

BoundaryVendorBridge partner relationships are disclosed before a firm's details are shared.
T-02 Zero-retention principle

Diagnostic retention

FlightPath responses are used to create the firm's route map. The output leaves with the firm; the raw diagnostic response is not retained for vendor reuse.

BoundarySpecific retention wording remains subject to final legal policy review before public launch.
T-03 Operational method

Evidence levels

Claims in TechBridge outputs are tagged by evidence strength and source type. Contradictions are preserved rather than smoothed over.

BoundaryPublic pages show the method; client evidence ledgers remain client-confidential.
T-04 Human-accountable

AI governance

Agentic research and synthesis supports the operator. Client-facing recommendations remain accountable to TechBridge judgement and named review gates.

BoundaryAgents are operating capability, not autonomous professional advisers.
T-05 Readiness pathway

Cyber Essentials

Cyber Essentials is treated as a governance-readiness pathway, not as a certification claim on this site.

BoundaryNo certification is claimed until the certificate exists and can be verified.
T-06 Firm-protected

Vendor data boundary

PeerBridge excludes vendor seats. VendorBridge shares firm details only where plausible fit and conflict disclosure are both present.

BoundaryVendor-facing material is separated from firm-facing diagnostic and procurement evidence.
Evidence levels

Confidence is declared. It is not implied

TechBridge outputs use evidence levels so a partner, COO, IT lead or finance director can see which claims are public posture, which are method-backed, and which are independently proven.

  1. L1

    Public claim

Website copy. Easy to inspect. Lowest evidential weight.

  2. L2

    Method disclosed

The method is published, repeatable, and testable by a buyer before they book.

  3. L3

    Source-backed

Evidence has a named source, date, and confidence level inside the working file.

  4. L4

    Client-specific

Evidence is derived from the firm's own context and preserved in the route map or procurement record.

  5. L5

    Independent proof

External certificate, contract, or verifiable artefact. Claimed only when it exists.

Nova boundary

Governance is assisted by agents. Accountability is not delegated to them

Nova is the internal governance lens: useful for checking policy posture, evidence hygiene and claim discipline. Nova is not presented as an external certification body. The accountable operator remains TechBridge.

Agents accelerate review. They do not create authority.

Where agentic work touches client-sensitive context, the public site must say less, not more. The absence of theatrical detail is a control, not a gap.

Next step

If the trust posture is not acceptable, do not book

That is the point. TechBridge should earn trust before it asks for time, data, or permission to advise.
